Acceptance of Terms
By using NoFaceClips, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use NoFaceClips. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf, and purchasing a subscription requires the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The platforms we publish to apply their own age rules (TikTok requires users to be at least 13), and you must meet those as well.
Service Description
- NoFaceClips provides automated video creation for creators running faceless channels: our engine writes original short stories, directs them into narrated, captioned videos, and posts them to your connected account on schedule. We currently support publishing to TikTok; support for Instagram and YouTube is planned.
- Stories are generated automatically in the genres and style you configure. We do not manually review every video before it is published.
- We offer paid subscription plans with different posting frequencies.
- All content is generated on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee views, follower growth, monetization, or performance on third-party platforms.
- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.
Third-Party Platforms
- Our service integrates with third-party platforms, currently TikTok for video publishing. Support for additional platforms such as Instagram and YouTube is planned.
- These platforms are operated by independent companies with their own terms of service and policies.
- We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates on these platforms that may affect your use of our service.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms and guidelines of any platform where your content is published.
User Obligations
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You agree not to misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt our services.
- You will not use NoFaceClips for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Account Terms
- Accounts may be created using supported sign-up options.
- Each user or entity may hold only one account.
- You may only connect social platform accounts (currently TikTok; YouTube and Instagram are planned) that you personally own and control. Connecting accounts that belong to other people, brands, employers, or any third party is not permitted.
- Each connected social account may be linked to only one NoFaceClips account. You may not create multiple NoFaceClips accounts that use, or have ever used, the same TikTok (or other supported social) account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Accounts terminated for violating these Terms are not eligible for a refund of any active or prepaid subscription fees.
Subscription Terms
- All features require an active paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the plan and billing cycle you select, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and may be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and branding of NoFaceClips are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
- You retain ownership of the videos rendered for your account, and every video is rendered exclusively for your channel: a video file is never shared with or reused for any other account. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process and display your videos solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
- The underlying stories are written originally by our engine and remain our intellectual property. A story may be produced as different videos for more than one channel, but never more than once for yours. We do not knowingly reproduce existing copyrighted works.
Copyright & DMCA
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content made available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Send DMCA notices to [email protected]. A valid notice must include:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it (such as a URL).

Limitation of Liability
- Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
- We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted access to the Services.
- We are not responsible for the performance of your videos on third-party platforms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NoFaceClips, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
- You may close your account at any time through your dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
- Refunds are not provided for terminated accounts.
- Provisions that should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Indemnification, and Limitation of Liability) will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify users by e-mail or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after updates take effect will mean you accept the new Terms.
